Beachwood Apartments is a 45-unit, scattered-site style senior living community located in Long Beach, CA.

The community underwent substantial rehabilitation that included interior upgrades, renovated units and exterior site repairs. Each unit received new kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring, doors, full paint, energy-efficient lighting, plumbing, HVAC and new appliances. Exterior site upgrades included front façade alterations, new roofing, new building and monument signage, parking lot repairs and new landscaping upgrades. Along with the exterior upgrades, new barbeque areas were installed complete with new gas lines.  The common areas including the community room, lobbies and offices were fully upgraded as well.
